Who we are
Jamia Darul Safa is an online Quran academy offering live 1-on-1 Quran classes to students around the world, together with our Girls Campus in Islamabad — located at House No. 21, Street 10, Hamdani Town, Ali Pur, Islamabad — where girls study Hifz, Tajweed and Nazra in person with qualified female teachers.
What we collect
When you use our contact or trial-booking form, or enrol with us, we collect the details you provide: parent or guardian name, student name and age, country, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, course interests, preferred timings and any message you send. For enrolled students we also keep class schedules, attendance records and progress notes so that we can teach effectively and report to parents.
How we use it
We use your information to arrange trial and regular classes, match students with suitable tutors, send monthly progress reports, and communicate with you about schedules, fees and academy updates. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell your personal information.
Children’s privacy
We only collect children’s details when they are provided by a parent or guardian for teaching purposes. Our classes are live and are not recorded by default. Parents are welcome to sit in on their children’s classes at any time.
Cookies
Our website uses standard WordPress cookies to keep the site working — for example, to remember your preferences and, if you log in, to keep you signed in. We may also use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Third parties
Live classes are held on trusted video platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, which process the technical data needed to run a video call. Apart from what is necessary to deliver our classes and run this website, we do not share your personal information with third parties, and we never sell your data.
