Meet Our Tutors
You won’t meet our tutors by name on this page — you’ll meet your tutor in your free trial classes. This page explains the standards every Jamia Darul Safa tutor must meet before teaching a single class.
Every Tutor Meets These Standards
We are strict about who teaches your child — because you would be too.
- Every tutor is a Hafiz or Hafiza of the complete Quran
- Ijazah-certified recitation, with an unbroken chain of transmission
- Tested for Tajweed mastery before they are allowed to teach
- Trained for online 1-on-1 teaching and child-friendly methods
- Female tutors available for sisters and daughters
- English and Urdu speaking tutors, so every family is comfortable
How We Select Tutors
Fewer than 1 in 10 applicants makes it through our selection process.
1 · Quran & Tajweed Examination
Every applicant is tested on complete Quran memorization and Tajweed by our senior scholars.
2 · Teaching Trial
Candidates teach real demo classes so we can assess their patience, clarity and connection with students.
3 · Child-Safeguarding & Conduct Briefing
Every tutor completes our safeguarding, conduct and professionalism briefing before meeting students.
4 · Ongoing Supervision
Tutors are supervised continuously, with regular parent feedback reviews and refresher training.
